The cooking and washing vessels developed by use are served for the extracation of gelatine and the washing of raw materials from:
To this day, we have produce cooking and washing vessels with a useful capacity of 11 - 130 m².
The cooking and washing vessels are equipped with screening surfaces, agitator and specially designed bottom shape. The vessel bottom is shaped to enable effective discharge of the raw material.
The agitator ensures the even distribution of the raw material and with that, a good result for the product.
The extensive, indirect heating (with steam or heating water) with a corresponding temperature regulator, facilitates a very high rate of yield for the raw material, as well as top quality gelatine.
